The steel material characterized by uniform, fine grained, tempered-structures to balance excellent abrasion resistance with sufficient toughness to resist breakage during ball or rod mill operation.

Moli-Max passes through rigid quality control procedures beginning with the internal specifications of steel bars on chemistry,hardenabiliy, internal soundness, etc. Finished grinding balls are subjected to quality control checks, including hardness testing,fracture analysis, ultrasonic crack detection, and metallographic examination to guarantee consistent high quality and uniformity.
